Refund Policy

Digital Products

Contingencias offers access to free and paid subscription plans. Because our products are digital and intangible, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for subscriptions or in-app purchases once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to Contingencias at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the paid features until the subscription expires. We do not offer refunds for unused time in an active subscription.

Refunds for Accidental Purchases

If you believe you made an accidental purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds for accidental purchases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests if we find that the service has been used after the purchase.

Billing Discrepancies

If you notice a billing discrepancy or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at [support email]. We will investigate the issue and resolve any valid billing errors.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@contingencias.app with the following information: Full name and email address associated with your account, Date of purchase and transaction ID, A detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Google Play and Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased the Contingencias app or a subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, their refund policies will apply. Please review their guidelines on refunds: Google Play Refund Policy, Apple Refund Policy. We are unable to process refunds directly for purchases made through these platforms.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or app. Continued use of our service after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
